Leasing Professional – Next on Lex/Brio

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a stabilized 699‑unit community. You will be responsible for achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising using Craigslist, Facebook, email and other platforms.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, Entrata) to track availability, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience; experience with workforce or Essential Housing programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar leasing platforms preferred.
• Availability to work Tuesday‑Saturday in a fast‑paced community environment.
