Leasing Professional – Next on Lex and Brio

About the role

The Leasing Professional – Next on Lex and Brio will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a stabilized community of 699 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct leasing activities for new residents, including property tours, application processing and lease execution.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout lease terms and promptly address resident inquiries.
• Manage lease renewal processes to retain existing residents.
• Ensure compliance with affordable‑housing programs, income qualification, documentation requirements and annual recertifications.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of related experience, preferably in multifamily leasing.
• Familiarity with Essential Housing or other affordable‑housing programs.
• Ability to handle income qualification and compliance documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
