Leasing Professional – Nash Springs Apartments

About the role

The Leasing Professional supports Nash Springs Apartments’ marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives. You will prepare resident lease files, manage documentation, and assist with lease signings and move‑ins to help achieve occupancy and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with leasing professionals to prepare resident lease files, including rent rates, lease terms and required documentation.
• Schedule and conduct lease signing meetings, prepare move‑in packages, and attend signings to ensure all paperwork is completed.
• Create and maintain an organized filing system for current and historic lease files, updating resident records as needed.
• Support marketing efforts by preparing brochures, community information, follow‑up correspondence, and lease renewal packages.
• Enter lease‑related data into the property‑management software (Yardi/OneSite), including resident details, move‑in dates, lease terms, rates and concessions.
