Leasing Professional – Museum House

About the role

Museum House has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional. Our high‑performing team cares about customer service and exceeds expectations, and the Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while working as part of a collaborative team.
• Conduct prospect building and lead apartment tours, both virtual and in‑person.
• Ensure a stellar move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
• Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience is desired; a positive can‑do attitude is required.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite; experience with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for completing legal documents, explaining apartment features, and answering resident questions.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
