About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Manhattan Shores community in Manhattan Beach, California. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
  • Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
  • Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Execute renewal strategies to retain existing residents and meet renewal targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to support community‑wide leasing initiatives.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
  • Availability to work weekends as needed.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet occupancy goals.
