About the role
We are looking for a Leasing Professional to join the Magnolia Ridge community in Thornton, Colorado. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth lease signing experience.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
- Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and lease documentation.
