Leasing Professional – Lease Up (Zenn Skyview)

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets. You will guide prospects through tours, applications, and move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve occupancy and revenue goals through effective leasing activities.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in preparation.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Experience creating and managing marketing and outreach programs.
• Comfort using property management software to manage data and reporting.
