Leasing Professional – Lease Up

About the role

The Leasing Professional (Lease Up) will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Residences at Silver Ridge community. This role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through effective leasing activities and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in to ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.
