About the role
The Leasing Professional – Lease Up will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities for a residential community, driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process and ensure a positive experience throughout their tenancy.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
- Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
- Support resident satisfaction initiatives and assist with lease renewals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or leasing within a residential setting.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and apartment inspections.
