About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its Greenwood Village community office. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
