Leasing Professional – GlenEagles

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the GlenEagles community to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This full‑time onsite position involves guiding prospects through the leasing process and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, manage prospect data, and record leasing activity.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to company standards, coordinating with maintenance for upkeep.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to drive lease signings and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters, meet with renewing residents, and ensure timely execution of renewal documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to take on‑call duties.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
