Leasing Professional – Fountain Palms

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at the Fountain Palms community in Peoria, Arizona. Working closely with the property management team, you will manage the full leasing cycle—from prospect outreach to lease signing and resident move‑in—ensuring a seamless experience for new and renewing residents.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and follow up on lease renewals to support resident retention.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real‑estate or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage prospects and residents.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage applications, documentation, and compliance checks.
