About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join the Silhouette community in Los Angeles. You will be the front‑line ambassador, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring a high‑quality living experience for current tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit checks, and run criminal background screenings.
• Manage lease signings, renewals, and resident move‑ins/outs to meet occupancy targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the property management system and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement community promotion strategies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience in a residential setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using CRM platforms and leasing funnel tools.
