Leasing Professional for Mosaic at Largo Station

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Mosaic at Largo Station community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing activities and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit quality standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.
