About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Lynwind community, a stabilized garden‑style property with 384 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
