Leasing Professional for Luxury Apartment Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the brand‑new Broadstone Solmere community, a luxury apartment complex in Lakewood. You will be the face of the community, delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents while helping the team achieve occupancy and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person apartment tours, and ensure a seamless move‑in experience.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for advertising and pricing decisions.
• Plan and execute community events to enhance resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email, and utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond promptly to resident concerns.
