Leasing Professional for High‑Rise Community

About the role

The Olivian, a 224‑unit high‑rise in downtown Seattle, is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person tours, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to move‑in.
• Inspect units for move‑in readiness, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure show units meet company standards.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising.
• Use property management software to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents, handle lease renewals, and respond promptly to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software (Yardi or OneSite preferred).
