Leasing Professional for 44 Monroe Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the 44 Monroe community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents and move‑in packages, and oversee the resident move‑in process.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect and resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.
