Leasing Professional (Ensley)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Ensley community in Colorado Springs. The role supports the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention. You will handle lease documentation, data entry and coordinate move‑in activities while ensuring compliance with audit standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare resident lease files by coordinating move‑in dates, rent rates and lease terms with leasing professionals.
• Draft leases and addenda in line with company and community standards.
• Gather, review and assemble all documentation required for audit‑compliant lease files.
• Assist leasing professionals in scheduling and conducting lease‑signing meetings.
• Enter lease data into the property management software and generate move‑in packages.
• Perform additional administrative tasks that support leasing and resident retention goals.
