Leasing Professional – Eastside & Seattle

About the role

This position coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Greystar communities on the Eastside and in Seattle, aiming to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours (virtual and in‑person), qualify leads, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect and prepare apartments for move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure show units meet brand standards.
• Develop and execute marketing activities, including online listings, resident referral programs, and community events.
• Maintain accurate data in property management software, track leasing activity, and generate market reports.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and handle lease renewals.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to complete legal leasing documents.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (preferred).
