Leasing Professional – Community of Vida at Morgan Hill

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Vida at Morgan Hill community. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all leasing activities, from prospect outreach to move‑in coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of multifamily leasing experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Flexible schedule: Saturday‑Wednesday.
