Leasing Professional – Community Leasing Role

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Elements community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing and resident satisfaction efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record traffic, and maintain resident data.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents, and ensuring timely execution.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with a valid driver’s license and any state‑required leasing certifications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and respond to resident calls.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
