About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate the Coldwater community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, ensure smooth move‑ins, and support residents throughout their lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and oversee the signing process.
- Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready, and schedule any necessary preparations.
- Maintain resident satisfaction and manage lease renewals to retain occupancy.
Required profile
- Experience in leasing, property management, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and residents.
- Ability to manage multiple leasing activities and maintain accurate records.
