Leasing Professional – Charles North & South (Vineyard, UT)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Charles North and South community in Vineyard, UT. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and employer outreach.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.

Required profile

• Previous lease‑up experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build resident relationships.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
