Leasing Professional – Cedar House

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Cedar House community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, ensure smooth move‑ins, and support resident satisfaction throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing, property management, or residential sales.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
