Leasing Professional – Broadstone Tempe Station

About the role

The Leasing Professional drives occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Broadstone Tempe Station community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to lease signing and renewal, while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready, and maintain show‑unit standards.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing concerns and documenting requests for appropriate resolution.

Required profile

• Valid state licenses/certifications as required and a driver’s license for operating a golf cart.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and be on call as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
