Leasing Professional – Broadstone Soren

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for the Broadstone Soren community, driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show units and common areas to Greystar standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents early, and ensuring timely execution.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of leasing experience, preferably with OneSite and lease‑up projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
