Leasing Professional – Broadstone Soren

About the role

Join Greystar as a Leasing Professional for the Broadstone Soren community. You will drive leasing, marketing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, showing apartments, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Maintain on‑site property management responsibilities, including weekend availability and on‑call duties.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, with at least one site experience.
• Lease‑up experience preferred.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on‑call periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
