Leasing Professional – Broadstone Baybrook

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Broadstone Baybrook community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform occupancy strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to market analysis and marketing execution.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
