Leasing Professional – Beaumont Grand Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the Beaumont Grand community in Lakewood. You will be the front‑line ambassador, driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and lease renewals through proactive marketing and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Ensure a smooth move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties to inform pricing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events to boost resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email, and market available units through social media and online platforms.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond promptly to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience (or a strong, can‑do attitude).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (preferred).
