About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join its Ballard team in Seattle. The role combines customer‑focused service with community engagement, ensuring prospects enjoy a seamless leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Deliver a stellar move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing purposes.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience preferred; a positive can‑do attitude is required.
• Proficient with the MS Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for legal documents and resident interactions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
