Leasing Professional – Avana Tempe

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for the Avana community in Tempe. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while supporting renewal efforts and ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartment features.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move‑in logistics, inspect units for readiness, and ensure a smooth handover.
• Implement marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate resident records and respond to inquiries throughout the lease term.
