Leasing Professional – Avana South Station

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Avana South Station community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
• Implement marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Support resident satisfaction and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Attention to detail for application processing, background checks, and apartment inspections.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
