Leasing Professional – Avana Lake Lynn

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Avana Lake Lynn, a stabilized garden‑style community in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction, and driving lease renewals to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and handle lease signing and move‑in coordination.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and maintain show‑unit standards.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents ahead of move‑out dates, and ensuring timely execution.

Required profile

• Must hold all state and local licenses or certifications required for leasing.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Experience using internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
