About the role
The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Avana Almaden community. This entry‑level position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service throughout the leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to lease renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase apartment units.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings, and manage lease documentation.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
- Work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule to ensure coverage of community activities.
Required profile
- Entry‑level experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
