Leasing Professional - Ascent Midtown

About the role

The Leasing Professional will support Ascent Midtown, a high‑rise, stabilized community of 328 units in Atlanta. This full‑time position focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Coordinate marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Attention to detail for application processing, credit and background checks, and lease documentation.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends as needed.
• Experience in residential leasing or property management preferred.
