About the role
Join a leading global real‑estate operator as a Leasing Professional for the Ascend at Arcadia community in Denver. You will be the front‑line ambassador, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a seamless signing experience.
- Inspect units before move‑in to confirm they meet readiness standards.
- Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate resident records and support lease renewal efforts.
Required profile
- Previous experience in residential leasing or property management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering excellent resident experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
