Leasing Professional – Arcadia 1850 Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Arcadia 1850 community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and resident relations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust leasing strategies.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
