Leasing Professional – Amble at First Creek

About the role

This position coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. It involves guiding prospects through tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth move‑in experience while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any maintenance needed.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, using resident referral programs and internet tools to drive traffic.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, resident data, and demographic information.

Required profile

• Hold all state and local licenses or certifications required for leasing activities.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance, and work in all weather conditions.

• Yardi property management software.
• Internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Email marketing for resident outreach.
