Leasing Manager – Student Living Community

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead all marketing, sales and leasing activities for the Summit Place student‑living community. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Set rent pricing, concessions and leasing incentives based on market analysis.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, ensure a ready inventory of “ready” apartments and manage the leasing process from prospect qualification to lease execution.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maintain property standards and enhance unit marketability.
• Analyze financial, traffic and closing reports to identify performance issues and implement solutions.
• Lead, hire, train and evaluate the leasing team in line with company policies.
• Manage lease renewal programs and resident communication.
