Leasing Manager – Highrise, Downtown Austin

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales and leasing activities for a high‑rise community in downtown Austin. The role oversees the leasing team, drives occupancy and revenue targets, and ensures the property’s presentation meets brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Set rent pricing, concessions and monitor daily leasing activities.
• Develop and execute print and internet advertising strategies using property management software.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure “ready” units are marketable and conduct regular inspections.
• Participate in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents and manage move‑ins.

Required profile

• Holds all required state and local licenses and a valid driver’s license for on‑site transportation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and handle physical demands such as standing, walking and lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
