About the role
The Leasing Manager will lead the leasing efforts for Sienna Residences, a stabilized community of 472 units in Pomona, California. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through effective marketing, sales, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising to meet occupancy targets.
- Oversee sales activities and on‑site traffic to generate qualified leads.
- Manage the leasing team, set performance goals, and provide coaching.
- Maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments and ensure timely turnover.
- Collaborate with property management systems to track performance metrics.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing or property management experience.
- Proficiency with property management software, including CRM, Yardi, and leasing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
