Leasing Manager for Ethos Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the leasing operations at its Ethos community in Washington. The role combines marketing, sales, and resident relations to achieve occupancy and revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and online advertising to generate traffic.
• Oversee on‑site leasing team and actively participate in the leasing process, from prospecting to lease signing and move‑in.
• Monitor daily sales activity, track key performance metrics, and adjust strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare lease documentation, ensure compliance, and respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify and resolve performance issues.

Required profile

• Previous multi‑family leasing experience; luxury high‑rise experience is a plus.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong professionalism in appearance and communication.
• Ability to read, write, and explain legal lease documents clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired).
