Leasing Manager (Floating) – Houston Area

About the role

The Leasing Manager (Floating) will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for a Houston community, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are met. This role involves overseeing the leasing team, managing inventory, and collaborating with maintenance to maintain property standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales efforts to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, pricing strategies, and leasing incentives.
• Generate and monitor traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to identify and resolve leasing performance issues.
• Supervise leasing team members, handling hiring, training, and performance management.

Required profile

• Valid state and local licenses/certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license for on‑site transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software for reporting and communication.
• Experience developing print and internet advertising strategies.
