Leasing Manager – Central Park East

About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead marketing, sales, and leasing activities for Central Park East, a newly remodeled 448‑unit garden‑style community in Northeast Bellevue. This role ensures revenue and occupancy targets are met while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee the on‑site leasing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Generate and monitor traffic, lease apartments, prepare documentation, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maintain property standards and enhance unit marketability.
• Manage lease renewal programs and resident communication.

Required profile

• Previous multi‑family leasing experience; luxury high‑rise experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite (desired).
