About the role

The Leasing Manager will lead the community’s marketing, advertising, and leasing efforts to achieve revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals. This role oversees the leasing team, manages on‑site traffic, and ensures a ready inventory of apartments.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, print, internet advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of “ready” apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day leasing operations and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions that could affect performance.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Implement creative strategies to attract and retain residents.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing teams in multifamily or residential real estate.
• Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and occupancy targets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
