Leasing Consultant – Residences at Nomi

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join the team at Residences at Nomi in North Miami. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and helping the community achieve its occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct property tours, answer inquiries, and present leasing options to prospective residents.
• Prepare and process lease applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain resident relationships to support retention and renewals.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident needs promptly.
