Lease-Up Leasing Professional – Kaye Belltown

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Lease-Up Leasing Professional to join the Kaye Belltown community team. You will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve high occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction in a vibrant 31‑story high‑rise.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
• Conduct prospect outreach, virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Ensure a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for pricing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience (preferred).
• Positive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
