Lease-up Community Manager (Farmington)

About the role

The Lease-up Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Farmington property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and occupancy targets. This position ensures compliance with company policies and all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and input budget forecasts by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges, and coordinate payments.
• Manage petty cash and control expenditures within approved budgets.
• Oversee lease enforcement: approve applications, discounts, renewals, conduct inspections, issue notices, process evictions, and collect late fees.
• Analyze market and economic trends to create short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies that achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other regulations.

Required profile

• Experience managing day‑to‑day operations of a multifamily property.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related housing laws.
• Ability to analyze financial data and develop budgets.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and occupancy targets.
