Lead Stylist – Retail Store

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Lead Stylist for its Fifth & Broadway location in Nashville. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will shape the customer experience by coaching teammates, driving sales, and ensuring visual and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach team members to deliver an exceptional, brand‑aligned shopping experience.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting performance goals.
• Train and mentor staff on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with product flow, floor replenishment, store operations, and visual displays.
• Lead initiatives that create a positive, engaging environment for customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a key holder and handle specific training for core store responsibilities.

Required profile

• Adheres to all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales targets.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and legal ability to work in the U.S. (must be 18 + years old).
